About us

Our Health awareness programs are conducted through seminars, churches, and group community meetings at their invitation. With the limitation of face-to-face gatherings since the Covid 19 outbreak, our health awareness education has continued through webinars, hosted thrice annually. We also take a holistic approach to health, not just focusing on the physical being, but on a healthy mind, as well as a healthy financial future with our expertise in succession planning, and pension planning from our Executive Member, Magdalena Cooper de Neuze, Pensions Consultant, as well as budget and investment advice with our very own Budget Auntie on social media @budgetauntie along with other invited experts in these fields.

Volunteers

The Jamaica Midlife Health Society’s mission is to educate men and women at midlife and beyond, primarily, in ways to improve their health. We target this group because it is at midlife that most serious chronic health   challenges appear.

The Executive Members are all volunteers fro the healthcare and other professions, who dedicate time to coordinating three (3) webinars annually, host in person and online meeting: educating members on mental, spiritual, sexual and financial health and can also provide expertise on these topics and, provide speakers for health fairs, communities etc.
